STUDIES SHOW THAT CULTURES THAT EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN ARTISTIC ENDEAVORS SHOW A STRONG CORRELATION WITH MASSIVE REDUCTION IN CRIME. ALONGSIDE ITS METAPHYSICAL HEALING PROPERTIES, ART PROGRAMS ARE THE FOUNDATION OF A CULTURE. HISTORICALLY IT HAS BEEN SHOWN WHEN ART IS PRESERVED A CULTURE IS PRESERVED.
